Vitamin B2 (also known as riboflavin) improves memory and problem-solving. Vitamin B2 is essential for healthy brain function, as it helps the body produce mental energy. Studies have shown that riboflavin deficiency can lead to thinking issues that may be mild at first. Addressing this deficiency through dietary changes or supplements can help improve cognitive health and overall well-being in the Black community.
