Dr. Hall has many speaking engagements dealing with an array of health-related topics.  As the Chairman of the Ohio Commission on Minority Health he frequently addresses health topics dealing with health disparities and healthy lives.  As an expert in the clinical care of African Americans, he delivers fascinating “important differences” that exist and are frequently ignored.
